Situated along Kings Lane and adjacent to the 15th hole and the river Blackwater, this facility measures some 500 yards in length and 80 yards in width. It contains a series of driving distance markers from 150 to 300 yards. There is also a covered area for practice during inclement weather. Access is via Kings Lane or via a bridge at the bottom of the 15th fairway.
Adjacent to the 5th hole, this area measures around 200 yards in length and 50 yards in width and is ideal for mid distance game improvement. Natural slopes created by the natural contours of the area allow a variety of different shots. Access is via a gap in the bushes to the left of the short game practice area.
Adjacent to 1st hole, this consists of a chipping green, a greenside bunker and an approach area of 100 yards that is suitable for a variety of pitching and chipping shots.
Considered by many to be the most important parts of the game, it lies adjacent to the clubhouse and has been extended over recent years to provide a variety of slopes and contours.
