We have a thriving membership here at Braintree and offer a range of membership categories on a non-discriminatory basis. Membership is subject to availability, so please contact the office if you are interested in joining us - call 01376 346079 option 1 or email membership@braintreegolfclub.co.uk

We encourage younger golfers and offer a selection of discounted memberships for Juniors as well as Intermediates aged 18-30, subject to availability.

Annual subscriptions can be paid up front, or you can spread the cost by direct debit - please contact the office for more information. Annual subscription rates for 2026/2027 are shown below and are available to view here. There is a joining fee in operation for all new 5/6/7 day members aged 18 or over.

Braintree also has an attractive package of member benefits, ensuring that members have access to a range of preferential services which add real value to their membership here at the Club. As part of this we have several reciprocal course agreements - this allows our 5/6/7 day members to play at other courses free of charge, or for a reduced green fee, and vice versa. We currently have 13 courses across Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire participating.

Braintree Golf Club currently operates a tee-time booking system (via the Intelligent Golf app) for all members and visitors. Members with guests, and visitors, do need to call the Pro Shop in advance to check availability so that they too can be properly accommodated.

Terms & Conditions	Full terms and conditions are available upon request. By completing and signing your membership application form, you are agreeing to adhere to the Membership Terms and Club Policies, as well as the Club rules, as set out in the Articles of Association and Byelaws. All subscriptions must be paid in full, whether as a one-off payment or via direct debit - no refunds will be given. Age and loyalty discounts are applied based on a members age at the time of annual subs renewals i.e. 1st April All new members, and those re-joining, will be required to have an interview/meeting with representatives of the Club Management/Board upon their application.
